I, SIVA KUMAR MANOHAR, Employee Code No. 47153 have received an SMS on 07 Jul from TA Bjaz, informing that 'as per my F & F statement, Rs. 8194/- is found due and payable to me by the Company. I have worked in the Company from 25 Feb to 31 May and due to unavoidable circumstances I have to resign my post.
