Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have Healthcare Policy No. 0127154722 Membership No. BA61H041421A From Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance Co. (Medicare T.P.A. Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. My Road Accident held on 5th Dec. 2009. I have claimed for that on 24. April With all required documents on Bhopal Branch.
They demands new documents after submiting one document regularly from April. They are not serious to sattle my claim. I have all the receipts.
Plz Help me in getting my claim
