I have send this mail around 10 times to Bajaj Capital's consumer grievance cell but till now no action has been taken, so i request you to please help me in the same.

This is to inform you that I, Nishant Kumar invested in your Mutual fund :

Name: K-13 Kotak 30 Equity Scheme-Growth Advisor: ARN-0010 in July/August

with Folio Number as: KOTAK MF-Folio NO:1677958/38* From Mumbai Kandivali,

Money invested was Rs 1000-,

and your Executive's Name was Raj Singh.

But next month your executive came and said that due to some problems your account is not able to open so your money will be refunded. I got a cheque of Rs 1000 in Sep /Oct but Account number mentioned was wrong so i call him and returned back the cheque with an application for correct account number and waited for the same, but till now i have not got my money back and at last i have to send you a mail regarding this so i kindly request you to please look into the matter and help me for the same.
