Information Misuse

Hello,

Some one is misused my address & Contact info to get this loan, i want the details to register a police compliant against them

The loan agreement no is 4040CD00035098.

I do not have any BOI bank account.

My genuine loan loan number is 4040CD000585589 for which i have cleared 3 EMI & I have 5 pending, mine is not ECS but PDC.

I have visited Bangalore office personally to make a compliant, they said they will get back by 1 week, but so far no one is got back to me.

Can someone provide me the information of this guy who has taken the loan for me to take further action.
