Dear Sir,

This is regarding the harassment faced by me from Bajaj Finance burdwan (West Bengal). Recently I contacted Bajaj finance officer (Located in Saluja Bajaj Burdwan) to fore close my Loan. But the person responsible for this was unable to supply my fore close amount. He then sent me to an agency Pandey associates but they refused to give me any details and said they are not responsible for this. After loads of harassments somehow the Bajaj Finance officer located in Saluja Bajaj provided me the foreclose amount.

I was then again sent to Pandey Associate to deposit the money and the bajaj finance officer promised me to deliver the NOC within 1 day. I deposited the money on that day and they said they will provide me the NOC and the loan statement containing the cheque details within one day.

More than 7 days have passed and they have neither provided me the NOC nor the Loan statement. Adding to this they are now saying they don’t know who will supply me the NOC .The bajaj Finance guy is saying the agency is responsible for supplying me the NOC and the agency is saying it is the responsibility of the Bajaj Finance guy. Now with only a money receipt in my hand I don’t know whether they have submitted the money or not.

From this experience I can clearly point out the following thing

1. Bajaj Finance people situated in Saluja bajaj Burdwan do not know the process clearly

2. Lack of co-ordination between Bajaj Finace and the agency people.

3. Loads of harassment for the customer.

I as a customer hold a great respect for Bajaj Finace but incident like this makes us to think again.

Can you please look into this issue and raise this with appropriate persons? At present I am not sure whether they have submitted the money or nor or if I will ever get the NOC certificate. This is very urgent for me as I am planning to buy a new pulsar UG4 model after selling my old bike. If nothing can be done please let me know so that I can plan my next course of action. I have provided the details below.
