Using abusing language to there customers

They called me for balance recovery and than start using abusing languages against me and my family very badly... after that i told them that i am not able to pay my emi this month but i ill pay aal the dues next month but she denied and start abusing words against my parents like mother fucker, i will see u or i will kill u..i want urgent reply otherwise i will going to take this matter in consumer court..there iare three girl behind this and thre name are as follow, NEHA, PRIYA AND ANAMIKA.
