INSURANCE AMOUNT NOT REFUNDED

I have purchase an LCD from vijay sales and took loan from Bajaj finance and they unintimately they charged me for medical coverage for me which i was not in need still after few months the loan was cancelled now its been 1yr still the debited amount is not yet credited still they are irresponsible to reply me or credit my balance i have all the documentation ready for me
