Continuous phone calls - Mental torture

Dear sir,

I bought a computer through loan from bajaj finance hyd, while filling up my ecs they made wrong in my name, as well as one payment i paid they dont given receipt till date, while met one of executive Mr. Uday kiron from hyderabad branch, he confirmed me that, he will sort out this issue, still not yet been sorted out, later on my efforts finally they updated my ecs and now amount will be credited in ecs. Becuase of this old pymt, they are torturing me by way of phone calls. Even i told them to sort out this issue for last 6 months. Still not yet been redressed.
