BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH DISTRIBUTOR

SHRI GANPATI ENTERPRISES hasbeen working as distributor Bajaj Herbals Pvt. Limited in BHAGALPUR, BIHAR since December.

Problem of working occured after april and since then no one of the company is taking interest in selling. It is to be informed that i have sent several mails and a letter to company, but it is a matter of grave concern that no one fron the company has taken interest in solving the problem at distributor point. FIRST ASM, Mr Bipin kumar had resigned the post, next ASM Mr Ajit Kr Mishra has also resigned, at present MR H K MISHRA is working as ASM but he is also not taking interest to reseolve the problem. Goods AMOUNTING APPROX Rs50, 000 is lying useless in godown. It is also to be informed that owner of the firm is a handicapped lady and suffering from severe mental illness after seeing the bad functioning of company. So, i am requesting u that if company don't want to run their business at Bhagalpur then settle my account bcz situation has become unbearable. I hope that u will understand my problem and will take suitable step to take back old stock and clear my amount. Plz consider it very urgent.
