Sir, Madam,

With due regards I Md. Idrish khan need your kind attention to state the followings:

1. Till date I have not received any statement/ summary of the loan which I have availed in APR. vide loan A/C No L2WAGR 00456843 for which I request you to send the same. How ever the EMI’s (Rs 1805/= )are honored till date.

2. While submitting the application for the above said loan, I had intended to avail a sort of concession (If possible) on applicable interest as I was indicated through a letter with consumer ID No. earlier against a consumer loan availed ten years back at Chandigarh, how ever I was denied for any concession, therefore please clarify (If other than consumer identification and not for providing benefit) the subject matter of issuing me with a consumer ID No for which I will be obliged to you.

There fore I will be extremely thankful to you.
