I bought my bike insurance policy online from Berkshire Insurance and today I am regret my decision of buying this policy from them. They are one of the authorised vendors from Bajaj Allianz. It's been a month now and I haven't received the hard copy of the policy which was promised within the period of 14 days. I also have dropped the idea now to get my car policy renewed from them now.

The initial state was very pleasing when I purchased the policy as the call center executives were very helpful and will keep on calling you so that you don't face any problem in getting the policy (As this is to meet their targets). But, the moment you click the 'PAY' button and the transaction is confirmed, you will be just like an alien to them. You will stop getting responses from them. You can continue calling them, and you will be told to expect a callback in 5-10 mins but after that their clock stops. Those 5-10 mins are never over. If you call them again, they will tell you to write an email to the customer care i.e. info@berkshireinsurance.com so that it may go the concerned department. Writing emails are again useless as they will stop replying to your emails after 2-3 days without any satisfactory note. You will find yourself in a nowhere state.

I am writing all this just to alert all readers and customers who are looking to buy/renew your policies from Berkshire Insurance and this is purely my personal experience. Please do consider before taking any step forward.
