Complaint regarding Unreceivable of policy

Respected Sir,

I Vishawambharlal pareek the holder of dream life pension .the policy no. is 500-4682513 from Surat (Gujarat) has taken the policy from Bikaner (Rajasthan) but there was some mistake in policy in address and for the correctness of this address i have resend this policy to hte Bikaner branch in the month of January but till now i havent recived that policy yet. So please send this policy as early as you can. The wrong address printed on policy is b-903 Devikrupa A-B, Umra Surat Siti, Surat-395007.

Note-policy has been issued from Bikaner branch
