Long Delay in getting the money - Insurance surrendered

Hi

My Name is Kawaljeet Singh residing in Rohini. I had a Birla Sun Life insurance Policy which i had to surrender to due to urgent funds requirement. I had put in the request in first week of March but due to my sign mismatch i had to request again which i did on 31st March. (Please note that this is also when i called up to check the status they told me that it is on hold due to this reason as i didnt received any call.sms, email regarding this. Now its 15th April and again there is no response. I'm extremely extremely extremely disappointed by the way this company has reverted back giving back the money.
