No policy cancel cheque received

Respected Sir/Madam

I applied a policy "Dream Plan" for Rs.10000 annual in my name MAHESH KUMAR. My Application No. 25051348 dated 03.06.2009

My Insurance Advisor is Pinki Devi AO4091 from Rohtak Branch.

I can not received my policy bond or cheque. When I & my Insurance Advisor from Birla Sunlife Insurance Office at Rohtak branch they told me this policy is cancel & your cheque is under process.

You can received after some days. But My cheque not received till date. Please help me for solve my problem.
