Reinitiation of a lapsed policy

Hi Sir,

I took birla sunlife gold plus 2 policy which we need to pay the premium for 3 years. Premium for an year is 50, 000.But in gold plus there is an option to reduce the premium from 2nd year by giving a premium reduction form.

I had given the premium reduction letter..but birla is not accepting it saying that option is no more..

Please do the needful.
