Black berry 8520
Set not working

My self is Munish jain. I am registring my complaint second time as I have not received any responce from your side. I have purchased blackberry 8520 on 1-11.but on 24-6 my set suddenly stopped working. I immediatly sent my set in Redington India Limited (authorised servise centre black berry) Till date I have not received my set. And when I called they said my set is dead for no reason and they are helpless. Now what is this. Is this the way to deal with your clint. My set is still under warrenty. So please either change my set or repair it.

otherwise I am going to file a case against you in consumer court. And I will publish this case in newspaper too. This will not only destroy your reputation but you also loose your trust in people.
