Phone call from recvery, though bill not sent

My credit card no is 4639210004771008. i have sent written complain to v.p. crm and billing that i have no received
the bill till today.against recovery people are asking to pay the amount. but i have not received response.the payment may be of renewal charges of credit card. no problem to pay the amount but i should receive the bill atleast

Dear Sir,
I am BANK OF BARODA account holder from 1970. My business accounts are with your bank at Shivaji Chouck KOLHAPUR branch since 1988. I feel I am one of the good clients of your bank. (If required please refer branch)
I am Bob card Holder since last 15 or more years. I am never defaulter for credit card payment. My card was due for renewal in November 11. Normally it gets renewed and I get card well in advance. This year it has not happened. When I enquired at your office,
I have been told that due to some problem it is delayed and will get soon. Accordingly it reached at my end. Normally I get bill in a short period. This year it has not happened.
I again enquired your office in January. I have been told told that it is in process and will get soon.
For your information till today I have not received the bill in both soft and hard form.
On 2nd February I received sms on my mobile that my bill of Rs.1126.17 of dated 1/2 has been dispatched and its due date is 20/2.
On 10/2 I received call from phone no 020-41079717, and a lady reminded me that I have not paid the bill. I told her that I have not received the bill. Please send bill and I have given my e mail id. to her. She had assured me that she immediately send the bill.
Yesterday, again she had called me and enquired me that whether I have paid the bill.
It is surprising to me that when my bill is due on 20/2 and it has not reached me. How can I pay?
Will you look in this matter and will help me to pay bill at the earliest?
