Non refund of FD

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a SBI credit card which I never used. To prepare this card I had to mke a Fixed Deposit of Rs.10000/- in SBI Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) Branch where I live. I wanted my FD money back for which I contacted the SBI, Sehore Branch and they suggested me to call on Tool Free No. 1800 180 1290.As per my request they cancelled it on March 15 and I was told that a letter will be sent to me, on the basis of which I will be refunded my money (FD) back.

Till date I could not get any letter. Now when I am calling o the same number my request is never entertained.

I want my FD back very soon as I need this money very essentially.
