Inspite of regular reminders by my SBI Branch at Hadapsar, Pune, the SBI's Internet Banking Team is real slow on working on the issue that I am constantly facing and which is causing me a lot of inconvenience. Thankfully, my SBI branch has been kind enough to listen to me, whenever I approach them. But, I guess, the real problem solvers are not taking it seriously to get it solved as soon as possible. I am really not sure how long is it going to take for my issue to get resolved, as half a month has already passed but nothing fruitful has come up.
