This is regarding the cancellation of a car insurance policy and the rude and extremely high handed behaviour of your staff at jalandhar. We had insured an optra magnum with your company and the policy number for the same was 2002792311007737.The said policy was cancelled by your company through a letter dated 22nd july'10, ref no 87 citing 3 claims. Though unfortunate, what was still more appaling was the rude behaviour of your staff at the jalandhar office. On calling them regarding the same i was told that i should get my car insured from somebody else as your company would not wish to associate with us any further due to PAST EXPERIENCE.The staff was very ill mannered to say the least and it would be expected from a company like yours to be a little better at public relations given the importance of sound PR in the modern day competitive scenario.

we are in the army and had been recommending you to all our colleagues but will surely be advising everybody against associating with you due to, if i may say so, PAST EXPERIENCE.

It really saddens me that a company of this repute deals so poorly with its customers. Its not so much about the cancellation as it is about the absolute lack of sensitivity on your part. With this sort of a handling of customers i guess it would'nt be long before you suffer immense loss of the much famed reputation.it's sad that it had to end this way. Had to voice my anger over the sorry state of affairs.

In the end i'd just like to add that yours is a very poorly manned office here in jalandhar.
