4 months still no money???

My 14 months car (hyundai-10) had an accident .i have icici lombard car insurance .on note it says 3.25 lacs.but they declared total loss... promised 3.50 lacs.after 2 months they said only 2.75 lacs.now completed 4 months and still not recieved money.whenever we call they say friday.our car loan instalments are still going. THE NAMES R BIG..THEIR ADDS ARE ALSO BIG..BUT WE R DISAPPOINTED
