RECOLLECTING OF REFUND CHECKS

Dear Sir,

I have en-quired regarding my tax return for the year of 08 (Assessment year 09) and 09 (Assessment year 10). While en-quiring i found my check for above has been refunded 1st Jan (both). During this period i was sailing out at sea and could not collect my check with in the periods. So kindly help me to collect my checks or guide me for further procedures to get valid checks for the above.
