Money not refunded even though the processing had failed

Dear Customer Care,

My transactions CA11FBZN467, CCA11EBZB617, CCA11EBZC418 made against www.goakadamba.com for booking tickets was not successfull. The booking had not actually happened, but money has deducted (Rs.520 in each transaction) from HDFC bank account. The money is still not refunded.

Even the transaction number CCA11FCFZ666 made against www.rechargeitnow.com for Rs.700 had failed. Even this amount is not refunded.

Kindly do the needfull
