Respected sir, I am the holder of a/c no 1203600000908945 & my DP ID 12036000.I was misguided by yr representative MR. MEHUL JOSHI (Malad branch) to open a demat a/c instead of directly applying for a loan (commercial purpose). I was told that it would take 15 days for the loan to be cleared. I have given him 02 cheques for the opening of demat A/C (chq nos.1541405 &1541406 of amt Rs.- & Rs. 750/- respectively& Rs.600/- cash).whenever contacted I was given a new excuse everytime. I came to know his intention only after I received yr welcome kit.since last week I have been trying to contact him but to no avail. Plz guide me in this matter & hope that some action will be taken at the earliest as I would like to get the amt refunded back to me that I paid towards opening of the loan A/C, the receipt of which was not given to me.hoping for a favourable reply.
