Unauthorusied claim through credit card

Dear sir / madam

We received a call from dining plus delhi who spoke in tamil and introduced himself as an executive from Sbi credit card and said ur credit card payments are good. we are offering a discount card for this credit card and asked the card number. From the credit card they claimed Rs. 5499 without my authourisation and sent me a dining plus card. After many repeated calls to this company no executives are available to speak in english or tamil. they are simply saying we will get back to you shortly but nobody contacting us

They almost cheated me kindly help me to get back this amount from them
