No transparency

I wanted to do some stock trading by joining Edelweiss and paid their prepaid brokerage of Rs 2450. But, even after 2 months, my account was not opened. Though I repeatedly enquired about this, I was asked to wait forcouple of days. But, my account never got opened after waiting for 2 months.

Atlast after 70 days, my account was opened and they asked a margin cheque for Rs1500. They said my cheque value will be credited to my de-mat account in Edelwiess. But, that amount was not credited to my account till now, though the money was debited from my bank account.

Is it possible to get the money back? Is there any forum to compalin about this cheating?
