FABER 4 burner cook top
Burners not working

The Faber cooktop purchased by L.P.Rai, DGM of State Bank of iNdia, staying in B- 8, GF, Lajpatnagar, New Delhi was repaired by technicial of Frankie Faber vide Service note no, S 2340 dated 6 Juna 2011 and charged Rs. 701/- for teh same. Since technoiician left it is not working properly. Several calls made to teh technician at the no. given in service note it is not attended. It is really bad customer service from wold leadr in cook top and other cooking applinaces company. Pl. send teh technician immediately to attend complaint.
