Mutual fund redemption

This is a compalint against Fidelity company. About 4 years back, I had invested around Rs.15000 in Fidelity ELSS. mutual fundAbout a week back, I went for redemption. But it was rejected by them qouting my signature mismatch. Later I found out that the same thing had happenned to my uncle aslo. Later I relaised that the rates were too good on the day I applied for redemption. After that day, the markets went down and rates fell down further. Its a clear case of cheating by FIDELITY as the rates were not favourable for them. I have been using standard signature for the last 10 years and I never experienced this. Add to that, since this excuse of signature mismatch was given to my uncle as well, I'm sure that this is a case of fraud. I don't know how many other people arte affected due to this. They are sick!!!
