Delay of refund of FD

I am Pramodsa MM, staying in Hubli (In Karnataka State) and my Mob. no: 919886820069.

GE Capital was offering a SBI credit card in partnership with SBI for that I have to depost a FD of Rs.10, 000. I had accepted this offer and taken a SBI credit card with the Rs.10, 000 Fixed Deposit, that fixed deposit has got matured on 11th november. when I called to customer support to close the credit card and to withdraw my FD ammount, they has informed me that they will be sending one letter after that I can withdraw that FD in any SBI branch after surrendaring my FD bond with that letter and it will take 20 day's to reach that latter to me. when that latter has not reached I again called to customer care and they asked me to send a mail requesting closing of credit card and withdraw of FD with my SB account details to which that FD to be transfered and also assured that FD will be transfered to my SB account within a week. But today again they called and informed that I have to send a mail reqesting the same with scanned coppy of latter requesting the withdrawal of FD and closing the credit card and it will take 30 day's to transfer that FD to my SB account. As I am calling them again and again I am not getting proper response from them. Please look into this issue and do the need full at the earliest.
