Money Refund Pending CITI BANK CC

My Name is SAI PREM KUMAR, I have taken 2 General Insurance policies from Tata-Aig family, I paid amount through CITI BANK credit Card and I asked them too convert it as EMI, till here everything is ok.

Later after some days, due to some other reasons I canceled one of my General Insurance Policy in the month of November (almost 4 months), but the amount was not refunded to my Credit Card.

I called many times to customer support of Tata-AIG, each and every time when i make a call to them, they are simply saying that we are forwarding the request regarding this. I don't know what i have to do, even today (March 05) also I called Tata-AIG customer support they said we are forwarding request.

Apart from this Citibank Credit card was charging me EMI of Rs1500/- nearly. I don't know how to approach those guys and get refund my amount, so I found this consumer complaints site and I am posting this query here.
