Emral Bonus Not deposited in Account

From Last 20 days Emrald bonus not deposited in Account.

As per company website it is deposite after 22nd Jan. 2010. But till it is not deposited.

Also I am transfer the amount of Rs. 3800 / Rs. From My ID "WL322040" to my bank Account on 21st Jan but it is till not deposited.

What is Reason. Give reply on My mail ID.
