Non refund of money

I have applied for opening an saving account with INDUSIND BANK, ROHINI, DELHI branchon 06 feb with a intial deposit

of rs.25000/ vide cheque no.77251of state bank of travancore, rohini branch.the cheque was debt in my account on 9 feb

but is very shameful to INDUSIND BANK that the account is not open till date 22 feb.

I have a given a letter for refund my money to ROHINI DELHI branch on 18 feb.the branch manager giving me the promise to give me a day for refund the money but my money of rs 25000/ is not given to me till date
