I belong a middle class family, I book a small e ticket business start but i loss so many money due to the problem of Railways, i am file so many time TDR against refund but not Response please look this matter, I am forward you all the mail copy,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case vide Pnr no.6419045675 has been regretted by North West Railway on dt. 30-jun stating that “As per records Passenger (s) with confirm status travelled on the ticket. For W/LPassenger (s) Original GC (Gaurd-Certificate) was not submitted. The case is repudiated. ”. Now we are sending 1 letter to North West Railway on dt. 22.03.10 for Reopen, stating that "Due to ticket was part wait list all passenger not travelled at the time of journey".with all the papers pertaining to your refund case. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account..

Please send your Guard Certificate or any Supported Certificate if you have against PNR NO.6419045675, which is given by TTE or Station Master or Other Railway Personal to You. In absence of Certificate, Refund cannot be Process. So, Please send your Original Guard Certificate to process the refund as given below address:-
