Resignation not accepted as per norms

Am Mr. Maanohar Aaddagatla, as working in HDB Financial Services from 17th June. in our offer letter our service is mentioned as contract. if any time we want discontinue the service from HDB either side have to give 30 days in advance in notice in writing. I am Resign from job as norms am giving in writing 30 days notice period company not accepting the resign letter. Please do the needful.
