ATM Cash withdrawal problem

Respected Sir,

I had visited your ATM No. S1ANBN92 at Bangalore on 01 – 08 – 2011 at 20.15 p.m. for a cash withdrawal of Rs. 5, 000/- with my ICICI bank ATM Card (VISA)

Card No. : 4161 5702 9703 2422

Name: VenkataRao V Gandepalli

On using this card I was not issued any cash from the machine but the ATM transaction record showed a withdrawal of Rs. 5000/-. Kindly see that the above mentioned amount of

Rs. 5000/- is credited to my Saving Account No. 029701525154 of ICICI Bank, Branch BTM - Bangalore with interest at the earliest.
