R/Sir,

Please note that we are your above noted loan customer from last one year and regular paying monthly installments. Due to my business recession not able to pay last three months installments. Today without any information two recovery officers’ name-1 Siddhartha Vidhyathi – Mob no- 9818645356, 2- Vikas- mob no 9811847586. After reaching to my office they make me call from the office phone line and have confirmed them due to some urgency of personnel work not available in the office for next few days, your due installment will be pay on 25th of this month.

Please note after this telephonic conversation they have started misbehaving abusing with my staff, even though after this they have called up two more persons and they all stated more nonsense with my staff. At last when they are going to leave my office the threat that note we are not going to stop will reach to the customer residence with more persons for recovery, we have tie up with area police SHO and they will not lodge and complaint against us.

Note if any thing will happen with my family, by standard charted bank employee‘s will responsible.

I personally request you to lodge my complaint against above noted officers; if the bankers are not going to take any internal legal action against them will go to higher authorities, also will called up to the media persons declare my complaint with news channels & papers.

Hope you do the needful and take necessary action asap.
