Unable to get any proper feedback on my consignment shipped

I received a call from the Sales Team of India Today Book club on 18Th Apr10. They confirmed me of an offer on Holiday gift Voucher, to and fro Airlines free ticket for 2 Adult and i kid to anywhere in India. they also confirmed of a Kodak camera along with the offer. I completed the payment through my SBI card and they sent me a mail confirmation of my gifts getting shipped. But when i called the same number it was not a valid number and now i haven't received the consignment after a week at my address. i am unable to track the respective person. Please help me to get my payments back as i am really not expecting sich experiences from INDIA Today Group.
