Dear sir i had taken HSBC credit card no. 4183 5788 9006 0649 on february and done shooping on march and received statement on 1 st april and paid 6000 by cheque of o/s amount and on 19 of april 6203 rs had been debited from my account for tata aig health insurance which i told no and will inform if i required and i talk with customer care regarding this matter so they had given promise that u will not receive any policy and after one and half month i received the policy and stop to send statement by hsbc bank june onwards and i receive the statement on 8 th august and showing os balance of 27173 rs.daily the phone calls coming from customer care i complain them regarding statement i am not receiving since may.they promise that ur rs.6203 will be waiver off and pay os amount of rs 1420rs and u received the statement.i pay 1420 rs cash in june and i does not received the statement this matter continously i am paying rs 1495 on july.and 1565 rs on august cash payment . i received the statement on 8 th august.i am mentally harrased by customer care of hsbc bank they call to my residence, office and my cell no .sir i want to close the account kindly do needfull.i am ready to pay any os bill from hsbc except the tata aig policy rs.6203.
