Money deducted but id password not recieved

Hi,

Sir i have twice applied for common written exam conducted by ibps through online but both time my money was deducted but i didn't received my reg.id and password. Sir ibps is fraud and they are playying with students career. For rs.450 exam i already paid rs.900 and still not get registered. I just want to draw your attention that it is very serious issue as students are not able to fill form properly and timely. Moreover they have given helpdesk no. on there site (18603450112) which is not working. Its very serious issue.kindly do something.
