Dedcution of Money for balance enquiry

I hold an account in ICICI Bank Greater Kailash-2, New Delhi branch. I checked my balance in another bank`s ATM on 17/09 08:49 a.m. and a sum of Rs 9.50 was deducted from my account as Balance inquiry fee. This sum is wrongly deducted from my account and I request to kindly see to the complaint and get the sum refunded in my account as early as possible.
