I am a car insurance policy holder in ICICI LOMBARD and I desperately need a

> All the motor policies in India has one line in their policy:

> "The insured vehicle shall be treated as a CTL if the aggregate cost

> of retrieval and / or repair of the vehicle, subject to terms and

> conditions of the policy, exceeds 75% of the IDV of the vehicle."

> The total cost of repair is coming out to be greater than 75% of the

> IDV.

> However, out of the total cost of repair, the insurance company's

> liability, after deducting depreciation, is coming out to be less than
