SETTLEMENT OF MEDICLAIM

DEAR SIR,

in year 2005 i got call from customer care of icici lombard regarding mediclaim policy and trusting name of icici i agreed to took the policy.i paid premium for 2 years and in year 2007 end i suddenly fell seriously ill and hospitalized for 1 month. this is time when i need my money back as i am only earning member and my father is also retiered and hes heart patient, intead of helping me the put my mediclaim on hold, i had submitted all hospital documents and requested them that if they had any doubt they can consut hospital, lastly their team doctor contacted me on phone and asked to meet but without meeting he send report to icici lombard.i donno what has happened by my claim is still in pending... sir as i told i am only earning member so this money matters to me and my family.

if i would have been ill before issue of policy i should have myself approached icicilombard for taking there policy, this is not humanity and very bad teasing innocent people

please help me sir
