Icici lombard health insurance
Delay in issuing of policy

I have paid Rs.12448/- towards premium amount for issuance of icici lombard health insurance policy for two years plan on 05-Aug online in icici lombard website. My proposal no: W-4185056.As per company request, underwent medical checkup & medical tests and reports also submitted. But till now there is no response from icici lombard. I tried to contact icici lombard and sent 5 emails to 24/7 service but they have no time to respond. Once again requesting icici lombard to issue my policy immediatly, if you are not interested in issuing the policy kindly return my amount, so that i can approach another company for health insurance policy.
