This is TUSHAR D. MOUNDEKAR

I have applied for Maruti Omni (eight sitter) & vehicle No. MH 32 C 1142. Insurance with ICICI Lombard Insurance and the payment of the same is made by Credit Card dated with 03/11. After payment I contacted to the customer care authority of ICICI Lombard and I got information that survey of car take effect after 24 hours of payment, now 7 DAYS have passed but no reply from company.

I have 3-4 times contacted to customer care but sorry to say that they are not interested in taking necessary step.

Please take necessary step to solve the matter.
