Dear Sir,

This is in regard with my submission of all the details regarding my Pension Withdrawl thru Form No 10-C Pension.

I was working as Unit Manager in ICICIPRU at Karad branch (Rural). My Emp was 00835941 & user Id was 565060. My job period was DOJ-16/9/08 to DOL- 22/10/09.

As mentioned in my Form-10C Pension my average amount to be received is Rs.4389/-.

I have send all the details with a letter on 6/7/10 no communication has been with me in this regard.
