Unauthorised deduction of currency

I am manoj, using number 9844775226. Idea network providing company has cheated me by deducting a sum of rs. 99 on 20th march from my mobile currency without a proper reason. When enquired about this in the idea customer care, it was answered in a negligent manner and calls were rejected abruptly. Incidents like this are harassing the customers and that is how these companies are building their assets over graves of common people...
