Improper billing and Pathetic service

Idea Cellular implies improper billing to customers. I have a plan which gives 512 Mb free surfing and then beyond that teh charges are 2 Rs per Mb. Rental is Rs. 299/- per month. Although from last 2 billing cycle I have not exceeded my 512 Mb linit I ws charged Rs 409/- for October and Rs. 568/- for November month.

There is noone to respond to your complaint. Infact Shiv Telecom, the authorised Idea center at Mira Road from whee I have bought data card is not helping me neither taking my calls. I cant waste my my in visiting teh center as I have a office to attend to and anyway the Shiv telecom staff shows no interest nor it seems they have the capability to resolve the issue.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
