Deactivation of devotional song

I posses idea mobile number 9961553598 for the last four years. during december a facility to hear devotional song activated in my set with Rs.3 per day. I had several times to deactivate the same by SMS.but all time it responded your request is invalid. Then I had personally contacted the Idea cellular franchise at MATTANNUR and repeated the request to the man there. After contacting some were replied the devotional song will be disconnected by next day. Nothing happened. I had repeated sending SMS to No 155223 for deactivation. But not accepted. As such I had personally visited to the franchise at V.K.Complex Kannur ans repeated the request. The lady replied your request will be done and devotional song deactivated by 5 pm next day. Nothing happened. Still deducting Rs.3 per day. I had lost more than 300/- without considering my request and now stopeed the practice of recharging. Noe this is not a request by letter extending thank to service given to me for the last four years before selecting an alternate provider.
