Non receipt of certificates

I want to draw your kind attention that your Company still not sent Bond Papers to me.

I have purchased IDFC Bonds after filling form No. 41238758 on 28/03. I got allotment confirmation SMS on 13/04. Still I could not get bond Papers.

For this I have discussed many times over phone to your representatives but could not get any satisfactory answer. This the surprising this whatever I came to know from your representatives that there is no any form detail with them.

Kindly look up the matter very seriously and inform me accordingly. Please don't be hesitate for any query regarding this.

Again I am requesting for your prompt action.
