`non issue of policy after 5days of payment

Sir,

I Hitinder Singh opted for ur company's product of general insurance for my commercial vehicle # HP 17 B 8383 on 15/ May. And as per requirement i deposited RS. 23170 as the premium but till date i haven't received any policy bond. In relation to this issue i complained to my agent and your local office here in but i didn't get any response. Besides all my requests i came to know about non approval of my policy, due to this delayed action i have suffered losses on the road.
